Engineering Team Projects
Senior Design: Project manager of a team of six to create a smart suit that incorporates wearable technology into a men’s suit. The suit can be customized with an application on the user’s smartphone to fit the needs of the user.
Advance Machine Design: Part of a team of four to determine the root cause of the failure of a thick-wall pressure vessel that exploded resulting in one fatality. The team preformed hand calculations for fatigue and creep analysis based on the original engineering analysis available.
Machine Design: A part of a team to design a 108-foot-long paper airplane to track the location of the sun and performed seismic, static, and fatigue loading analysis in SolidWorks.
Fluid Mechanics II: Created a NACA airfoil model and ran fluid simulations in SolidWorks.
Created a theoretical, three-stage rocket using different nozzles and fuel combinations.
