Designing on Tunnel Kiln Residual Heat Recovery Device with Solidworks and ANSYS Fall 2015

Did heat release calculations on calcium carbide combustion and intake air flows. Also on the process of heat transfer from calcium carbide to air, and air to water, and finished the coupling of the whole processes.

Designed heat pipe exchanger with Solidworks, Calculated heat exchange through inputs of air and water based on ANSYS input system.

Worked on the process of microphone design. Operated calculations on physical and electrical regions, then set up models with Solidworks. Did the mechanical simulations. Also conducted the electrical simulation with the assistance of Electrical Engineer.

Completed the packaging part. Combined the microphone and the temperature sensor together. Conducted some noise analysis on microphone part.

Origami project based on Mechanical Design with Solidworks Spring 2017

Designed sketches for different parts of the origami design and moved forward to cut those patterns out through laser cutter.

Completed designing origami parts through Solidworks, and done modifications, made up the origami design by assembling parts together and printed it out through 3D printer.
