Over eight years of structural design experience and over ten years experience managing and inspecting all aspects of construction, including site development and skilled building trades, and building a variety of constructions ranging from residential to 10 story high-rise buildings and bridges. Professional Experience

Quality Assurance Manager for Pennsylvania Public-Private Partnerships Rapid Bridge Replacement Program for the construction of 6 bridges:

Represented PennDOT during all bridge construction operations including excavation, placement of concrete for abutments, barriers and decks, setting of beams, traffic control, approach paving, E & S controls and bridge walk-through punch lists and openings

Conducted reviews of all construction work and site work, and generated reports

including photos submitted to PennDOT of work in progress and completed

Worked closely with on-site inspectors, making sure all methods and specifications of PUB 408 were being followed

Worked alongside visiting PennDOT personnel during construction hold points, and conducted and reported wage rate interviews

User’s knowledge of Sharepoint and e-Builder

Public housing modernization administrator responsible for all administrative actions related to programs involving the construction, rehabilitation and modernization of rental units:
