Qatar Foundation Head Quarters Project: Total gross area of 29,110 square meters and comprises 13 floors with three main volumes. The building includes meeting rooms, an auditorium and lecture facilities with the capacity to accommodate over 500 employees and stands at approximately 57 meters tall.

National Museum of Qatar: Total 86,000 square feet of permanent gallery space, 21,500 square feet of temporary gallery space, a 220-seat auditorium, a 70-seat food forum / TV studio, two cafés, a restaurant and a museum shop, heritage research center, restoration laboratories, offices and storage areas. The Museum surrounded by a 1.2 million-square-foot landscaped park. Inspired by the desert rose, the interlocking disks that compose the building, Glazed facades fill the voids between disks. Deep disk-shaped sun-breaker elements filter incoming sunlight. Roles & Responsibilities:

Take off Quantities for invoice and material order. (Auto cad drawings, manually and Site measurement)

Site visit and progress monitoring for monthly invoice.

Identify and prepare variation request

Negotiate with consultants for approval of variations.

Preparation of monthly interim invoice.
