I was the Productions Operations Manager for a primarily residential homebuilder. This
gave me the chance to handle complex and difficult challenges in a very competitive mar- ket. I faced these challenges with a can-do attitude. I was responsible for up to 10 subdivisions and the completion of over 700 homes per year. Our sales were over $380 million a year. At an average home price of $675,000. I was responsible for land development, model construction, House construction, hiring of office staff, construction superintendents and our labor force. I helped to create a complex scheduling system so that houses could be delivered in a timely manner. I was responsible for the construction budget. Determined salary and bonus programs. I had an office staff of 6, 8 production managers,120 superintendent, and over 300 labors. JTS went from a
$30 million company to a $380 million dollar company in five years. This kind of growth requires a great emphasis on training and Communication. SKILLS
I have strong communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to adhere to schedules timelines, as well as budgets. I’m able to speak publicly to conduct meetings for subcontractors, superintendence and company executives. The ability to create bud- gets, schedules, and community guidelines as well as bonus programs. I have a can-do attitude that enables me to always get the job done. The ability to work well with both state and federal agencies.
