o Buildout of an AP POP facility in Singapore and Hong Kong to support a GRX and NetScout deployment

o Migration of the corporate disaster recovery site for all legacy systems from SunGard in Philadelphia, PA to a new facility in Dallas, TX

o Intra-datacenter facility consolidation, a cost savings initiative to centralize product silos o IPX network buildout for a new networking product launch and corporate WAN o Large scale systems initiatives for capacity buildouts and improvements to systems availability, maturing systems from active/disaster recovery to implementing geo- redundant and active system, including introducing load balancing where appropriate o Several cross-platform migrations, with the most sensitive being for a networking line number portability product, WLNP, a Sun to Linux platform migration o A corporate initiative program, LTE, including support of customer trials, product assessments and training
