Description

This system requires the automatic updates of each power plants to be processed to the web destination. Here by using the communication protocols, the data transmission is done in an effective manner. The TCP/IP protocol is used for the communication system and to function with the networking standards. So by configuring and installing the communication system for various remote parameters the data can be acquired to a single web destination. In order to deliver the updates of the power plants to the web, the web visit software developed by the Phoenix Contact is being used.

Project Title : ENGINE DATA ACUISITION SYSTEM

Engine data acquisition system allows collecting various parameters from engine [like Pressure, Air velocity, Inlet temperature, outlet temperature and load] and sending it to the PC through UART. This System incorporates 8-bit high performance Embedded system

[PIC16F877A] with signal conditioner, General purpose I/O ADC and serial port. Engine parameters are calibrated by signal conditioner. At PC side all the parameters are displayed using Windows based GUI utility software.

Project Title : R & D Domains using 3D Printing

Technology : 3D Printing (Rapid Prototyping)

Research various types of 3D Printers(SLS, SLA, & FDM) and associated technologies to improvise the needs of the future generations requirement. With this technology we developed prosthetic arms for various needs of people. Next to bring the students thoughts to the real world we merged the technology with the curriculum from 4th standard students onwards. Then innovated a new concept of customized chocolates where any design can be made in chocolates using this technology. The design is done with software’s like AutoCAD, 123D Design and the designed model is given to the printer and gets the output model. Responsibilities:
