I managed a workforce of 210 employees to produce branded and co pak 100% juice products, teas and cold brew coffees. Plant has 3 Evergreen EH-3, 1 Fogg and 1 Filler Specialty PTE bottle fillers. Direct reports include, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, Process Manager, Warehouse Manager, QA Manager, Co Pak Account Manager. Responsible for annual regulatory inspections, safety, product quality, SQF audits, USDA and FDA compliance, cost control. Responsible for annual operations budget of 22 million and 4.5 million Cap Ex budgets. Implemented Lean principles to include Kazan, 5S and JIT.

Gregory Packaging (2-14/ 1-17)

I managed a workforce of 40 employees to produce branded 100% juice products. Plant has 3 Evergreen N-8/ 4oz to 8 oz. carton lines, 1 Evergreen quart carton line, 1- gallon carton line, 1- 4 oz. to 8 oz. cup line and 2- Tetra Pak aseptic 100% juice line Plant processes all juice in a state of the art pasteurization plant. Freezer is 9 floors, 2975 pallet position and uses LTW auto crane. $3.5 million R&M budget, $2million capital budget, implementation of multi craft program, implementation of

CMMS system, maintenance safety training, plant spare parts and store room, OSHA compliance, and environmental.

GS ROOFING (1-97 / 5-99)

I managed a workforce of 1Maintenance Supervisor, 1 Planner/ Scheduler, 4 Maintenance Specialist, 6 Mechanics and contract labor.

Responsible for $1.5 million R+M budget, $1 million capital budget, safety training, plant spare parts and storeroom, OSHA compliance, and environmental .I developed daily, weekly and annual maintenance performance schedules. Planned summer and winter shut downs as well as Implementation of plant PM program.

PACKAGING MAINTENANCE RESOURCE

NABISCO, INC. (3-95/1-97)

I supervised a work force of 22 Millwrights, 2 Electricians, 1 Pipe fitter, and 1 Oilier. I Developed daily and weekend maintenance schedules, annual budget, yearly overhaul plans, staffing requirements, and mechanical PM programs for ten packaging lines. Implemented capital projects to improve line efficiencies, reduced product losses and downtime, and upgraded outdated and unreliable equipment. Designed and Modified Battle Creek Graham Wrappers from wax to plastic wrap paper-implementing savings of $200,000 per year. Other duties included weekend Supervision of 40 BCT employees and four production lines.
