I would like to be considered for the position of Customer Service Representative at PDDN INC. I received my Bachelors of Arts degree in History. As an adult student, I was able to complete my education while maintaining a high level of professionalism as an employee of Hy-Vee.

My employment began as a Courtesy Clerk with Hy-Vee. I then transitioned and became a Production Clerk at Goodwill of the Heartland. I have provided excellent customer service/retail to the clients and employees there at these stores. My duties in that position included helping new employees, provide helping services to disabled or handicapped customers, understanding various customer’s problems and helping them with whatever need they required. My background in providing excellent customer service would be a valuable asset to your company along with my excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. My most recent employment was in the call center at Nordstrom. While there I gained experience in multitasking, problem solving and customer interaction. I have valuable experience in a call center environment.

I feel that I am an excellent candidate for the position because my skills are strong and diverse in nature. I would be a positive addition to your staff due to my proven work experience, strong customer service expertise, and the ability to handle complicated tasks with efficiency. My eight years of employment experience at Hy-Vee, Goodwill and Nordstrom have made me into an excellent person to work in your company. My skills in time-management, organizing material and information, advance knowledge of computer systems such as Office Word, Excel, and Power Point would be applied daily. I am detail-oriented individual with great grammar and punctuation skills, as well as great mathematical skills, and the ability to understand and communicate within groups.

I am familiar with being faced with critical deadlines and with analyzing details. I am able to complete my work accurately and promptly. I am skilled in problem solving and being a strong leader of a group while also working within the group so as to help the team achieve their goals. I am an alumni of both Kirkwood Community College and Mount Mercy University. I highly value the education I received at both schools. The staff at both schools values everyone who walks into their doors. For that reason, I want to be employed where you are a valued individual.
