June 2006 to January 2017 – I worked for the U.S. Forest Service here in the Olympic National Forest as a Civil Engineer Technician. I was at a GS-10 level and then promoted to a GS-11. I was the Forest Preconstruction and Construction Engineer. My Duties in Preconstruction were survey, design and review others Designs of logging system roads. Duties in Construction were to inspect the construction for the logging road through Government Contracts as an Engineering Representative (ER) and a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
July 1994 to June 2006 –I worked for the U.S. Forest Service in the Siskiyou National Forest as a Civil Engineer Technician. I was at a GS-9 level. Same Duties as above.
January 1991 to July 1994 - I worked for the U.S. Forest Service in the Siskiyou National Forest as a Civil Engineer Technician. I was at a GS-9 level. Same Duties as above. This is a start of becoming a Certified ER and COR.
December 1987 to January 1991 - I worked for the U.S. Forest Service in the Fremont National Forest as a Civil Engineer Technician. I was at a GS-7 level. My duties in Preconstruction were survey and design logging system roads.
