Multidisciplinary Engineer that supports a kinetic environment on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Position conducts Client, Server, Network, and COMSEC services. Position supports the Joint National Integration Center Research and Development Contract (JRDC). The Client/Network/Server Support (Multidisciplinary) Engineer will support ~50+ customers located at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Kauai and will report to the Multidisciplinary Engineer Crew Lead in Washington, DC. This Multidisciplinary Engineer (MDE) supports real-world operations, test & evaluation events and live-weapon activities. During baseline operations, responsible for combining break/fix tickets with project work such as maintaining Windows 2008\2012 HP servers, Windows 10 workstations/laptops, and Cisco switching and routing network components in accordance with Enterprise processes. Conducts limited COMSEC work. MDE executes manual and automated desktop installations using Microsoft tools, research problems, and proactively conduct maintenance for customers as well as enterprise projects in a Tier II-III support environment.
