Usage Broker will validate the files, check for duplicates, and use information in the record to send this data to VISION, RSS, OPC, SOCO, Fraud Plus, and Revo.

Creation of the New EVF (Enrich, Validate & Filter) (JITR) Processing Workflow that picks up and processes data usage records (UB Super layout) or recycled records within Usage Broker (UB).Migrated all filters, validations, enrichments and exception rules from downstream billing systems (Vision, RSS & OPC) and the existing UB rules within the JITR Processing Workflow for data usage.

Errors are established in a hierarchical order based on the ordering of the rules (so that certain errors only occur before other errors, allows RA to ‘see’ record progress). This process error on the first record/error encountered and sends the record/error to EHS to be processed accordingly. The JITR Processing Workflow will split out the data usage records (UB Super layout) by JITR Instance into the appropriate files for JITR.
