Reporting to the VP of Sales:
CO-OP AND PROMOTIONAL BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Keep track of all account co-op and promotional expenditures to ensure all accounts stayed on budget.
NEW PRODUCT SET UP: Manage the process of setting up all new products into every Falcon account including big box retailers, wholesalers, club stores, electronics and office supply super stores.
TRADE SHOW MANAGEMENT: Organized all international, national and local trade shows that Falcon participated in including contracts, booth set up, coordinating samples and sales materials. Also, managed customer meeting schedules.
OUTSIDE SALES FORCE COMMUNICATION: Daily communication with team of 65 sales representatives which includes new product launches and existing product updates, new sales materials, product samples, pricing and co-op budget.
LIASON BETWEEN SALES TEAM AND INTERNAL FALCON DEPARTMENTS: Worked with accounting to resolve credit issues and co-op deductions. Worked with customer service on matters of shipping and product and pricing issues.
NEW BUSINESS: Handled all new private label inquiries as well as price quotes to prospective accounts.

DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT: Oversaw all aspects of customer service department including two direct reports.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Regular customer interaction via phone and e-mail. Order entry and working with shipping to expedite orders.
OUTSIDE SALES FORCE COMMUNICATION: Assisted manufacturer’s sales reps with account management, and keeping record or pricing and purchase orders.
