Senior Program Manager

●Led multiple programs with budgets ranging in value from $100,000 to $10,000,000 plus

●Accountable to the executive team and customer for all program elements, beginning to end

●Involved in the quoting process to provide commercial proposals to new and existing customers

●Led high level sessions for program plan and schedule development

●Acted as the communications conduit to the executive team and customers and conducted periodic briefing/status updates

●Responsible for change orders, quoting, internal communication, customer contact, negotiation, approval, purchase orders and payment.

●Responsible for multiple programs simultaneously, working with all teams internally to support programs

●Worked with the production team to streamline processes and flow using lean principles and cycle time, while ensuring product quality and on time delivery

This required working with all internal teams, engineering, quality, program management, and production, as well as coordinating with the customer for requirements.
