• Monitor construction structural activates as well as finishes activities in the designated zone which include: block works, plastering works, wall-floor ceramic tiling, marble fitting, bath-tub installation, suspended ceiling works, roof works, and loose furniture;

• Manage sub-contractors and apply field inspections in accordance with contractual terms and conditions, as well as specifications and applicable regulations

• Perform field-testing for soil and ready mix concrete by conducting sampling and testing in accordance with standard/ design specifications.

• Study structural, architectural and interior design drawings including various types of details.

• Estimate and prepare cost plans required to execute the works in accordance to the budget targets.
