Project Control Engineer for (MEGA for construction &industries).

Projects:

1-South Helwan Super critical Power station 3*650 MW (CP-106 Steam Turbine) 3 modules.

2-South Helwan Super critical Power station 3*650 MW steam power plant (CP-105 Steam Generator) single module.

Resposiblities:

-Preparing master (Baseline) & detailed construction schedule.

- Selects logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.

-Applying Cost Control Tecniques like earned value management (EVM).

-Coordinate between Project management Departments to reach the Project Goal.

-Studying Project Contract To get it's requirements of Manpower(Direct&Indirect),Equipment to make a forecast Budget for the whole of the project.

-Prepares Monthly Cost Report to Compare between cumulative cash out and cash in.

-Involved in the invoicing process.

-Prepare(Daily,weekly and monthly)report for work activities,manpower and Equipment .

-Estimate Progress work Progress along Project duration with The Site T.O.

-Monitoring work Progress .

Graduation Project (Air Conditioning System Design For Sustainable Buildings)

Project Goals:

Selecting An energy efficient air conditioning system after making basic Design calculations, specifications of hot water heat exchanger, basic Design calculations, specifications of Air Handling Units cooling coils and basic design of duct system for the building and complete chilled water piping network calculations.

Tools: - Cad, Solid works, HAP.

Grade: very Good.

“Cairo University Racing Team Formula Student Car Project”

Concept: The concept behind Formula SAE is that a student design team to develop a small Formula-style race car.

My role:

-i was certified as Brakes system team member who participated in Formula Student Combustion in August 2015 at the Hockenheim ring in Germany.

- Also I took part in designing, manufacturing and selecting parts of Suspension system (front and rear Hubs &spindles, Wheel rims).

Training and field trips:

-(2016) trained at CIG Al-Saudi Group Mitsubishi car service center.

-(2015) member at Cairo university racing team (formula student competition)

-(2014) Peugeot car service center(aborawash)

-(2013) South Cairo station for power generation.

-(2013)Seminar at Ghabbour auto training center.

-(2012)Field trip to Mercedes (EGA).

Honors and Awards:

- (2015) gifted the most challenging team award in participating in Formula student Germany competition.

- (2015) gifted a certificate for practicing in FSG Combustion competition and got ranked 62 from 71 teams.
