Supported 24x7 voice/data/video availability firm wide for more than 9,000 end users. Successfully designed and implemented the Cyber Security Lab for the use by the university for Cyber Security Courses.

All systems successfully implemented on time, on budget, and while maintaining no interruption of service and minimal business disruption as construction of the lab were completed.

Support development and negotiation of product and services agreements with product suppliers and service providers to ensure service-levels are cost-effectively and efficiently maintained.
