Collaborate with the Utilization Review team by calling Insurance companies with initial pre-certification for authorization for insurance paid treatment.
Thorough and timely Clinical Reviews and Assessment of the patient in terms of the over-all Improvement.
Assisting various departments (Intake, Content writing, UR, CQA) by providing timely Medical inputs for improving services across the organization.
Point of contact in case of any help/concern/ medical queries related to the Psychiatric disorders and Substance Abuse which includes suggesting the tentative plan of management.
Providing professional opinion regarding medical queries related to on boarding process of patients.
Suggesting and helping in improving the Academic Curriculum.
