Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and SQA ARRIS January 2006 - May 2012 Transitioned to a Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) project that bridged voice and SMS services across cellular and WiFi domains. Staffed SQA and Deployment teams, and setup FMC lab. Product was developed in Solaris and Linux environments.

Resolved SIP, SOAP, SS7, CAMEL and IS-41 issues found during integration and testing.
