Operations Technician III Federal Managed Network July 2017 – Current CenturyLink Maintains private managed federal networks. Strong working knowledge of Metro Ethernet and SONET based networks. Knowledge and experience with MPLS, TDM, Ethernet, eLAN-eLine, TCP/IP, BGP, QoS, and IP across multiple hardware platforms including CISCO, Juniper, Nokia(ALU), CIENA, and more. Proactively monitor, respond to, and resolve network alarms. Perform circuit and equipment/network restoration, recognize and resolve potential jeopardy conditions.
