1. Organization: Saudi Executive Electric.co, Riyadh, KSA. Client: Saudi Electricity Company (SCECO) KSA.

Position: Project Engineer Electrical.

Duration: Nov-2011 to till date

Key Responsibilities:

To monitor the Project in detail design, supply, install and testing/ commissioning of 11KV/380-220V substations extensible or non-extensible switch gears in electrical networks. Supply and installation of 11KV cabling and associated control and protection work.

Supervision activities of MV and LV cables installation works, plan daily onsite activities of 11kv/400V cable installation & commissioning in coordination with company's departments, consultants, contractors & governments entities with and objective to achieve cable laying commissioning targets.

Prepare Cable Laying and Commissioning plan, schedule and clearing project site as per the established procedures and procedures and process in order to complete the Cable Project work.

To handle the construction of substation room, cable termination and splicing, installation of meters, transformers, installation of RMU and grounding equipment.

Directly involved in Electrical engineering work dominated Projects which embrace the full range of project activities like a review of engineering design, cost estimates, project scheduling and coordination, drawing review and approval, mobilization and management of work-force at the site, pre-commissioning, and commissioning. Site inspection of Underground lines 11kv networks.

Construction, maintenance, expansion and reinforcement of MV and LV underground distribution network up to 11 KV, Excavation and backfilling, compaction, concreting and asphalting, installation of foundations, fencing and gates, Installation of the control panel.

Work involves reviewing the system integration activities and advising cost-effective solutions. Co- ordinate and liaise with engineers, architects, and contractors.

Checking and reviewing all the documents/drawings for the base design of UGTL and conveying comments to the client office for modifications as per the scope of the site.

Supervised and monitored the installation and operation of the electrical system, arranging shutdown papers for carrying out maintenance emergency work.

Daily Inspection of the project construction, see to it that installations comply with agreed standards and regulations.

Responsible for administering and organizing electrical maintenance department.

Responsible for preparing specifications for purchase of electrical equipment's and materials.

To handle the daily report updating the activities of the electrical department to the project management team.

Responsible for ensuring that the design, equipment specifications, and compliance follow the safety standards of the organization.

Developing and evaluating project-oriented designs according to the project standards. Ensure technical quality, safety and cost-effectiveness of the design.

To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and subcontracts in accordance with Company Procedures and Procurement department activities.

To undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.

2. Organization: Magna Engineering PVT.LTD, Kerala, India. Client: Central Government of India (IIM-K), India. Position: Operation/Shift Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervised and performed preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of HV, MV and LV electrical equipment's (power generator, power transformer, motors, circuit breakers, disconnector switches, bus-bars, current transformers, voltage transformers, SF6 gas tests, earthing tests, battery charger, Inverters, surge arrester, protecting relays and metering)

To handle electrical fault and ensure maintenance, resolving the fault.

Review of the grounding system for the substation switchyard and equipment.

Ensure proper design, installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of instrument and electrical equipment's.

Handled and supervised the installation of sub-station switchgear, panels, pulling of cables as per cable schedules, terminations, with ABB vendors.

Operation and maintenance of 66/11KV substation, OCB, CT, PT, power transformers and tap changers,11KV sub-station having 1600KV,1000KVA,400KVA transformers and 1250KVA,500KVA,250KVA,200KVA generator set with AMF panel. HT and LT switch gears.

Review of sub-station indoor and outdoor lighting design.

Installation of sub-station 11KV/400-200V including emergency No-brake power system with diesel generator sets and UPS.

66KV Sub-Station Mankavu (Kerala State Electricity Board) Works for 3 months for the operation, inspection, control room coordination, electrical equipment maintenance.

Underwent training in the technical module by "Cummins power generators" about equipment maintenance and operation.
