Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for water analysis, impurities and removing of hardness, removing of bacterial etc.

Knowledge about chemical dosing such as Chlorine dosing,

Manual operation of duty routine work.

I have knowledge about sewage treatment, water treatment plant

I have knowledge about gas flair & hit exchanger

Check the area field according to the documented check to control equipment after completion of the above mentioned duties.

Responsible for determination of pH, and Turbidity concentration & conductivity.

Responsible for the smooth conduction of the operation in co-ordination.

Monitoring overall plant performance for any abnormalities in process and process parameters.

Inspection and operation of all mechanical equipment such as vertical & horizontal pumps, compressor, mechanical and bar screen, screw & Belt conveyor.

Responsible for the overall safe handling of the machineries involved.

Safe handling of chemicals related to treatment process.

Process trouble shooting, emergency handling with safety precaution.

Shut down / Start up of Sewage Treatment plant

Operation knowledge of primary treatment (Thickener, Anaerobic, Digestion, Drying beds) secondary Treatment (Activated Sludge Process for Aeration) Tertiary Pre & post chlorine dosing.
