I am aware that probing is an excellent resource in finding out what the needs of the clients/customers are, also to find out just what they are looking for. After I am confident I have provided them with excellent customer service, I am able to up sale in most cases. What I have learned as a customer service representative is a good product will sell itself and if a customer inquiries you have half the sale, it is just a matter of showing the customer/client, how it will truly be a benefit for them to make the transaction . If I am not able to make the first initial breakthrough, I will continue with rebuttals as well as call backs if necessary. I work very well under pressure. I learn quickly and I welcome overtime. I am a team player with an upbeat personality with a constant smile.
