Managed the development of Ford Direct’s DealerConnection System which was deployed to Ford Dealers across the United States of America and Canada. The project involves providing websites for 5000+ dealers for Ford through which provided vehicle and dealer inventory information and generated leads for auto sales.

Managed the delivery of the DealerConnection system using a team of 15 people spread across US, India, Singapore, UK and Dubai and worked closely with Ford’s IT Leadership.

Involved in project planning, scheduling and driving milestone completion timelines.

Weekly status reports sent out to the client highlighting the release schedule, list of enhancements and risks to the application.

As Sr Project Manager, managed a software development team of 15 and was responsible for delivery of all new product features.

Managed changes to the project scope and created the release schedule

Managed a team size of 22 people and successfully delivered the application to the client ahead of time.
