This project has been the most demanding and above all, fastest migration project that I have ever been involved in. Being able to migrate 18,000 user mailboxes, 3,000 Shared Mailboxes (Mail-in Databases) 6,500 groups in the space of 7 months, required my team of 12 migration engineers to be available 24/7, to carry out migration.

* Migration approach adopted was first to replicate the Notes mailboxes to a Staging Server, and from there migrate to Office365. On the final day of mailbox migration, the pre-staged mailbox would only require a Delta synch (between 4 weeks to 3 months from initial pre-staged date) hereby allowing a smother and faster migration.
