Highlights of Experience & Achievements
Responsible for the safety management of 25-125 employees on private, commercial and federally funded projects, two Microsoft ™ data centers. Safety management and supervisory roles on projects ranging from $45 million to $200 million in scope in and around the Puget Sound.
Responsible for all new hire safety orientation on and off site, training and retraining of employees including but not limited to: Fall Protection, Lifts, NFPA 70E/LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work.
Vast knowledge of the construction industry including residential, light industrial, commercial, infrastructure
Counseling and retraining for employees.
Trending and tracking all injuries, incident near misses and recordable for root causes,
Creating preventative programs to decrease reoccurrences based on findings.
Lead daily safety meetings to all crew members including upper management.
Current instructor certification with the American Red Cross in CPR/First Aid/ AED training.
