The TCV – ABSA project aims at setting up an integrated platform which provides a ‘Golden Copy’ and 360-degree view of the customer, thus bypassing ID&V and KYC processes when he signs up for different products. It also strives to transform their legacy source system to MDM (new customer repository for ABSA)

Key Responsibilities:

Developed Ab Initio Generic Graphs for updating customer data dropped by daily MDM services

Understood structure of MDM database, its inter-relationship and dependencies, and validated each customer type mapping with respect to MDM tables

Assisted SIT and UAT teams for implementation, defect analysis and fixing

Designed and developed Ab Initio graphs for migration of database ODP (Source System generating KYC compliance list for ABSA customers) to TCV MDM

BT uses a Business Intelligence platform to run business critical applications like BBCR Orders, BBCR Faults, Network Builds, SFJ BB, Vodafone, Bluebird, NetOps, NetView, and WBC. Here, Service Providers request for on-line display of the Broadband Orders data augmented by reference data in the form of reports via the BT Wholesale Portal using Actuate / OBI. Actuate accesses the BBCR Data Mart for these data. The Order data will use a combination of various source systems into the data warehouse using Ab Initio ETL tool

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzed Ab Initio graphs, suggested and implemented changes intended to enhance the performance of the graphs

Extracted, transformed and loaded data into Data Mart and Data Warehouse using Ab Initio and Oracle PL/SQL tools
