over 8+ years leading 25+ employees at a time; led, managed, mentored, wrote performance evaluations, created schedules, and trained on all aspects of career field to include supply systems, customer fulfillment, proper ordering, and safety practices (AFOSH) Air Force Occupational Safety & Health Program. My various roles in the Air Force are outlined below.
Quality Control Minded- Guaranteed material control and equipment management compliance processes for missile maintenance. Evaluated and advised leadership on compliance matters, implemented standardized processes. Tracked and resolved nuclear weapons related materiel workload obstacles, initiated routines. Supervised turn in and reclamation of $466K worth of assets returned to base supply system. Maintained federal and state OSHA compliance for hazardous material areas.
Spearheaded projects- Led team of Luxembourg/German National Federal Employees and military personnel on projects to ensure proper accountability, warehousing, inbound and outbound shipments of vehicles, kits, and spare parts. Documented and conducted presentations on statuses to leadership upon completion.
Knowledgeable in Lean processes- Implemented database entry point for warehouse safety and security procedures in supply warehouses for high dollar clothing issue items, eliminating pilferage for squadron initial issue clothing using lean process.

Impeccable financial skills- Managed $11M in General Support Division programs and monitored $24M in Materiel Support Division Programs for Yokota, Japan, Hickam, Hawaii, and Incirlik, Turkey. Prepared and submitted multiyear budget programs, reviewed and validated data & resolved discrepancies within the Defense Finance Accounting System (DFAS).
Proficient in Product Loss Prevention- Received inbound equipment in support of 68 assigned A-10 and F-16 aircraft, 22 base organizations and 17 geographically separated units. Maintained listings which reduced warehouse refusal rate from 8% to 2%. Reduced monthly reverse post transactions from 20 to 4; resulting in 80% decrease.
