Preparation of contract Bill of quantities (BOQ's).

Preparation of technical proposal (Offer Letter) including Commercial terms, Inclusions, Exclusions etc; for tender submission and getting signed from Estimation Manager.

Submission of Offer Letter to Main Contractors/Consultants through Business Development executive.

Preparation of Contract Documents to hand over to Projects team.
