Preparation of Basic design for Lighting, Power distribution, Switchgears and ELV systems if the tender is Design & Built.
Helping Junior Engineers for Material take off (MTO) as per the tender Drawings, Specifications, Tender Addendums as well as to meet the Authority regulations.
Assisting Junior Engineer's to Prepare Enquiry/RFQ (Drawings, BOQ, Specifications, Manufacturer details) to Suppliers/Vendors/Subcontractors.
Evaluation of vendor's/Supplier's/Subcontractor's Quotation in both technical and commercial aspects and also meeting suppliers if more clarification required.
Preparation of Cost for the Project including Material, Labor, Sundries items, Over head, Profit in consultation with Estimation Manager.
Proposing Cost savings proposals/Value Engineering to the clients along with the supporting documents.
Preparation of contract Bill of quantities (BOQ's).
Preparation of technical proposal (Offer Letter) including Commercial terms, Inclusions, Exclusions etc; for tender submission and getting signed from Estimation Manager.
Submission of Offer Letter to Main Contractors/Consultants through Business Development executive.
Preparation of Contract Documents to hand over to Projects team.
Analyzing the Vendor Quotations/Subcontractor Quotation and discussing with the Project team about the same.
Preparation of Estimation Budget for monitoring of Cost expenses against actual.
Material take off (MTO) from Shop drawings and checking with Tender documents for Variation works analysis.
Preparation of Variations (Addition/Deletion of Scope) as per the Site requirements after the award of the project and submission.
