Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain services and products that SCCM depend on, such as Certificate Services and Windows Deployment Services

Monitor and follow-up SCCM client health status and remove old and non-existing computers from Active Directory and SCCM.

Monitor and verify SCCM & SQL backup for the various SCCM Sites and Site Systems

Take action, perform troubleshooting, and follow-up due to alerts on SCCM server components or servers (operating system and hardware) that host SCCM server components.

Performance monitoring of SCCM Primary Site server

WAN performance monitoring as part of SCCM package transfers (especially new office installations)

Installation of new SCCM Secondary Site Servers, Distribution Points (Standard and Pull) as part of new offices, pre-staging content for slow links decommission of offices, re-installation SOE Regional File Servers due to hardware replacement

Perform SCCM upgrades, other maintenance work or design changes described in documentation/change requests.

Regular SCCM clean-up of SCCM packages, decommissioned SCCM Sites and Site Systems

Design changes and configuration changes to SCCM Sites, SCCM Site Systems, SCCM functionality and configuration

AD security group management, GPO
