Bombardier Aerospace, Multiple Locations (1987 – 2017) Aircraft Service Center Network, Dallas, TX (2007 – 2017) Performance Improvement Agent: Focused on continual improvement of employee and business performance by managing training and quality functions.
Partnered with subject matter experts and management to build new training modules and update existing training content and PowerPoint content to develop 49 e-Learning courses. Published the courses into the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Developed the Service Center Network’s LMS architecture for tracking employee training requirements and certifications in support of safety, quality and delivery goals. Deployed the system to all sites and trained all site training coordinators in its use.
