Bombardier Aerospace, Multiple Locations (1987 – 2017) Aircraft Service Center Network, Dallas, TX (2007 – 2017) Performance Improvement Agent: Focused on continual improvement of employee and business performance by managing training and quality functions.

Partnered with subject matter experts and management to build new training modules and update existing training content and PowerPoint content to develop 49 e-Learning courses. Published the courses into the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
