Workday Integration Specialist – Ecolab 2015-2017

Maintained all types of integrations, which included updating Web Service versions in Studio code, XSLT transformations, changes to Core Connectors and other technical assistance where needed.

Lead Software Engineer 2013-2015

Lead the Mass Load team during a 2-year project to convert from Peoplesoft to Workday HCM.

This included developing and managing the loading calendar for 4 pre-production (prototypes) runs so that we made sure all necessary items were noted and tracked.

Assisted with the tenant management process. This assured our team always had a “clean” tenant to work with and that the tenant wasn’t touched by other workstreams.

Oversaw and developed process to deliver data into workday using both EIB and iLoad templates.

Had weekly meetings to discuss progress and goals for the week. Helped the team prioritize items based off criticality and issue scope.

Lead support of numerous Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Connectors), including Taleo. There were two Taleo integrations, one to update Requisition data in Workday using the Job Changes Web Service and the other, a Requisition Reconciliation used to call and update Taleo.

Worked on development team for the corporation’s internal portal platform (Oracle Web Center Interaction, formerly Plumtree). Maintained, enhanced and designed new portlets using Java and a variety of other technologies.

Developed Java Web Services and ISAPI filters to support corporate LDAP repository used for SSO authentication and numerous portal applications.
