MCA Project Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle, New York and Sacramento Districts (ten years with 5 at Seattle District JBLM Resident Office) PE on multimillion dollar contracts ranging from $64M-$130M. Contracts include three unaccompanied enlisted barracks complexes (apartments), Battalion and Brigade Headquarters (administration/security buildings), Company Operations Facilities (warehouse), Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (vehicle maintenance and repair garage), Dining Facilities and Railroad engine repair building, construction of Road, Drainage and track upgrade. Familiar with WSDOT specs and details as incidental to DOD construction projects.
Previous contracts included a Waste Water Treatment Facility, a Gymnasium, Road projects and Utility projects.

Civil Engineer for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District JBLM Resident Office. Served as the Project Engineer for several MCA projects. Responsible for providing Government oversight of successful large construction and utility projects ranging from $10M to $130M range. Led field project team to manage and complete all phases of construction related to Quality, Schedule, Cost and customer satisfaction. Utilize the Corps web based Resident Management System (RMS). Projects included Design Build and Bid Build type contracts.

Served as Contracting Officer’s Representative and Supervisory Engineer on all contracts. Project Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers at No. NY Area office and Hill AFB. Utah Resident Office. At the Utah Resident Office project engineer and QA for Aircraft F-16 facilities to include Multi-million dollar Maintenance Control building, Runway run-up facility, Hangar addition and alteration and large storage warehouse facility
Involved with Hazardous Waste Treatment facility. At No. NY Resident Office worked as Project Engineer and QA on Gymnasium with firing range, WWTP with primary through tertiary treatment and Barracks.
Prior to 1976
Worked as a Production Engineer for Industrial manufacturer of filtration, compressors and plastic molding/extrusions in upstate NY area.
