Experience Summary

More than 20 years of experience As Civil Engineer Construction Project Manager in various aspects of construction management, auditing and inspection on EPC construction of large scale facility projects in commercial(large scale shopping malls), industrial, residential, educational and health infrastructure.

I have experience as construction and project manager director, including project management and administration of prime contracts and all construction professionals, subcontractors, office and field engineers and architects, handled all construction activities, including and not limited to managing large scale budgets, bids, contracts, planning and procurement including all logistics and procedures needed to undergo and complete a large scale project and construction on time and budget. Responsible for the project and construction process from start of grading preparation up to commissioning of all the project. Given my extensive experience I have created change of scopes with the purpose to deliver the project on time reducing construction costs applying a proactive management before and during construction without risking quality and ensuring subcontractors compliance of all guidelines including health and safety programs.

Having built more than 1,500,000 square meters, I have been attributed with expertise in the management, control and supervision of infrastructure projects, managed projects with more than 150 professionals and more than 1000 workers at a time. Also I have dealt with fast track projects and delivered on time and in budget. I have experience and ability to interact with clients at Executive level providing detailed project reports, including financial costs and subcontracts.
