Recently I have worked at care Rx pharmacy as a pharmacist in charge.

Being a pharmacist in charge, I make sure that my pharmacy is in compliance with state and federal laws, and HIPAA policy is followed properly by my staff.

I provide counseling for prescription drugs as well as over-the-counter drugs when needed. I am responsible to maintain a stock of maintenance medications in current inventory, ordering control drugs from whole sellers, and its proper storage, all is included in my responsibilities.

Pharmacist in Charge 2015-2016

Organization: ASP CARES PLANO TEXAS.

I worked at ASP CARES pharmacy as a staff pharmacist and then was promoted as a pharmacist in charge.

My job was to maintain the entire inventory enough for all the maintenance and fast-moving medications. I was responsible to receive prescriptions from the doctor's office over the phone as well as transfer in and out of the prescription. While working as a staff pharmacist, I also supervised pharmacy technicians for their proper training. Making sure that they enter data in the pharmacy system properly, and filing the prescription in an orderly manner.

Maintenance of all the records was included in my job description. I was making sure that all the logs like temp. log, perpetual inventory for Controls and annual inventory, everything is up to date

In short from receiving a script to filling a prescription and dispensing them to a patient with proper counseling was all included in my job duties. I used to do 175 prescriptions.

Staff Pharmacist: 2016

Worked as staff pharmacist at American Specialty Pharmacy Plano Texas, doing 300 prescriptions daily.

Hospital Pharmacist 1999- 2000

Organization: District Head Quarters (DHQ) Hospital Faisalabad.

This hospital is a teaching hospital and attached with a medical college.

It was a great experience working at DHQ Hospital, as it was my first job so I learned a lot. I worked mostly with outdoor patients. My job was to verify outdoor prescriptions and to review patient profiles for drug interactions, over utilization, and for potential drug allergies.

I was also responsible to maintain the complete drug inventory of DHQ Hospital. Moreover, my job responsibility included supervising the pharmacy technicians.

While working at DHQ I developed the skills of a good supervisor, a strong sense of teamwork and management. I am confident to state that I am very well aware of the setup of a hospital pharmacy.

I have participated in a training workshop on Safe Blood, Safe Food, Safe drugs for Hospital Pharmacist/inspector of drugs.
