Special programs manager (March 2017 to present): As the lead of special programs, I manage other employees and contractors along with completing multiple logistics tasks on a daily basis.

Interact with customers to fill orders under the CACI government contract which is primarily for ARMY use of CH-47 parts.

Ensure while working, we are compliant with SAI Ground operating procedures to prevent a corrective action report.

Manage and inventory the government property parts warehouse, along with continuously reorganizing to increase the efficiency of parts acquisition.

Control the special programs task log, which organizes all information pertaining to assignments that are completed, ongoing and also current inquires.

Research all requests using IETM’S, Fed log, Boeing Dispo docs, Boeing drawings and the web.

Create 1149, C8 request forms, shipping memos and other associated documents for the tasks and shipment of parts.

Collaborate with other logistics personnel to assist all Government Department of Army Services programs.

For parts receival, removal and shipping, I maintain excel spreadsheets and hard copies for multiple programs in order to organize and track parts movement.

Notify the customer of the status throughout the project with updates and provide tracking information for shipments when completed.

Flight test mechanic (July 2014 to March 2017): In the flight test mechanic position, I performed maintenance and troubleshooting on CH-47-D and F model Chinook helicopters.

I performed daily maintenance checks on the aircrafts hydraulics, mechanical and avionics systems for general cleanliness and function to ensure it is safe before flight.

When problems arose, I would troubleshoot in conjunction with other co-workers to diagnose the issue and generate a game plan on how to fix the problem.

During the heavy maintenance portions of programs, the blades, rotor heads, swashplates, engines, transmissions and driveshafts are among some of the major dynamic components removed, overhauled, inspected and reinstalled.

Worked on the ATIRCM program performing avionics and mechanical tasks assisting in completing the modification on newly built f-model aircraft from the BOEING plant in Philadelphia, PA.

There have been multiple other flight test programs which I was also a part of including, UK, UAE, APAS; Doing routine maintenance, aftermarket modifications, pre and post flights, hooking up sling load’s, changing ballast load configurations, weighing the aircraft, installing skis, etc.

Induction mechanic (September 2013 to (July 2014): Work in the Induction program and on flight test programs on the CH-47-D model Chinook helicopters

Working as a mechanic in the Induction program, we disassembled the CH-47 D model helicopters down to a bare fuselage salvaging blades, engines, transmissions, pumps, avionics, hydraulics, and other wanted parts for Boeing. We tag and clean the parts in accordance with Boeing’s MES program and scrap the unwanted ones.

For Summit, I also performed AutoCAD tasks; such as updating the Emergency Evacuation drawings

From September 2013 to Present, I began doing residential carpentry part time and no longer subcontract for Eastern Home Improvements.

Partner: Subcontract for Eastern Home Improvements. Our two man crew worked with the Four Seasons Franchise to construct Sunrooms, Conservatories, Patio rooms, and Screen rooms. www.fourseasonssunrooms.com

Our crew was responsible for the complete installation of the sunroom based on the blueprints provided by four seasons. We often made on site necessary changes to the vague blueprints to fit the individual application.

We would build the foundation, prep existing structures for new room, install the room, glass roof structure, tie in to existing roofing, siding, flashing, insulation, caulking, also installed additional decks, stairs, railing, etc. The last thing was the interior finishes such as wood trim on structural beams, drywall, vinyl b-board, wood finishing, etc.
