I have served in protective security operations, military, and law enforcement (Patrol, Narcotics, Street Crimes, SWAT) for over 20 years. In protective operations I have held the positions of AIC, Detail Leader, TOC operations officer, Instructor, Driver (Lead/ Limo/ Follow),Tactical Commander (TC), and shooter. I have led details in Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti, Europe, and the U.S. As a instructor I have taught groups of up to 40 students in classroom, field, and scenario based environments. Subjects taught included navigation, surveillance/ counter surveillance, motorcade operations, arrivals/ departures, tactical site surveys, close quarters battle (CQB), combatives, tactical medical intervention, active shooter response, IED/ EFP/ UXO identification and counter measures, Use of Force/ Rules of Engagement, communications, CAT operations, advances, etiquette, foot formations, small unit/ individual movement techniques, and weapons safety/ operation/ malfunction clearing/ engagement techniques. Weapons platforms taught included Glock/ Sig, M-4, M-249, M-240B, M-79, shotgun (semi auto/ pump), AK-47, PKM, RPK, HK-21E. 2016-current Armed Protective Service Officer (FPS), Parasys Inc. I am currently a armed Protective Service Officer for FPS under contract. (Paragon Systems) In this capacity I perform all physical security duties at US government critical infrastructure sites as assigned. My duties include CCTV and remote camera operations, internal/ external patrol of facilities, operating walk through magnetometers/ x ray machine/ personnel electronic search wand/ physical pat downs and inspection of all articles being brought into the facilities, detaining persons for violations including dangerous items/ narcotics, weapons, and unruly/dangerous behavior, security for federal judges and associated officials while court is in session, report writing, active shooter response, bomb threat reporting and explosive device recognition, administer first aid/ CPR/ AED, liaise with local/ state/ federal agencies. I maintain a US DHS SECRET clearance in this capacity.

2012-2015 Instructor, Detail Lead, CTC, Way Station LLC From 2012- 2015 I have been instructing CQB, firearms, and active shooter courses for multiple Law Enforcement, Military, and qualified civilian clients. I also managed a security detail for a Fortune 100 personality and family in New York. I am currently qualified on the M4, Glock 19/ 17/ 22/ 21/ 26, Remington/ Mossberg shotguns, M249, 240B, AK-47, PKM, and RPK platforms. I have a current US tourist passport and am physically/ medically fit. 2011-2012 DoD Security Manager, Shield/ Cochise MTS I was assigned as the security manager for a sector on Bagram Airbase. I had a small guard force initially and we worked in coordination with the USAF’s 455th Expeditionary Security Forces. The base Commander made the decision to have us expand our security responsibility to the entire base perimeter based on our professional performance. I designed and implemented operational TTP’s for base perimeter defense and entry control point control, I instructed/ coordinated all training in security operations, AK-47, M4, Glock, shotgun, PKM, active shooter response, tactical vehicle operations, incident/ intel reporting procedures, TCCC, IED/ unexploded ordinance (UXO) recognition/ response, vehicle/ personnel searches, unexploded ordinance identification and reporting, portable and vehicle mounted communications systems, inter operability with our US military counterparts (one team, one fight). I managed 149 men when I left the project.

2011-2011 PSD Instructor DoS/ INL, TEG LLC

I deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan (Camp Gibson) as part of a DoS sponsored project to train and evaluate the Afghan Judicial Security Unit (Supreme Court). We operated alongside of the US Marshall’s SOG team instructing the JSU in PSD, CQB, firearms, operational planning, courthouse security. Our team deployed with the Marshals and the JSU on mission to evaluate the JSU on mission tasks, vehicle operations, and as support should they run into any hostile situations. I was responsible for training the JSU in weapons, CQB, PSD motorcade operations, defensive tactics, advances, venue /residence security, small unit tactics, foot formations, immediate action drills, and etiquette. I qualified the JSU officers on the Glock/ S&W 9MM, AK- 47, PKM, M-4, motorcade operations, cross load/ transfer drills, residence/ venue security, foot formations, attack on principal (AOP’S), combatives, ASP baton, handcuffing 2010-2010 Iraq PSD, Triple Canopy

I deployed to Iraq with Triple Canopy assigned to the Riviera project, a PSD operating inBaghdad (Karada District). I held the positions of TOC operations team member, Detail Lead, AIC, and instructor. I assumed the role of detail lead soon after being assigned to the project, holding that position until the contract ended. During the course of the project, our team provided live in 24/7 security for the principal and his immediate family at his residence, as well as all movement operations by land/ air. I managed all advances/TSS, threat assessments, weapons quals, PSD operations sustainment training, and supplemental admin/operational requirements for a 12 man detail.

2008-2009 Dignitary Protection, JG Tactical

In 2008-2009 I was the Detail Leader for the former King of Qatar while he was CONUS receiving medical treatment. The detail ran for more than 8 months. The detail was coordinated by DoS (Arizona field office). I was the liaison for DoS, the principal/staff, and all additional entities that we had contact with on a daily basis. I conducted advances, motorcade operations, and venue/residence security operations. I coordinated in service training and weapons qualification sustainment, and day to day administrative duties. 2005-2008 DoD PSD, Trinity Intl.

I deployed to Iraq as a personal protection specialist with Trinity Intl/ Erinys. I served in Baghdad, Talil, Diwaniyah, and Najaf. I advanced quickly to Team Leader from 2005-2008 for the Commander, US Army Corps of Engineers (MND-S). I was responsible for all admin, training, mission planning, and liaising with the clients, as well as local community leaders and host nation law enforcement/ military counterparts. I conducted travel/ venue advances, motorcade operations, QRF, and ground operations during hundreds of missions. I was also chosen by the Commander, US Army Corps of Engineers as the lead regional instructor (MND-S) for PSD operations/ skills and weapons sustainment training. I qualified the details on M-4, Glock/Sig, PKM, M-249, AK-47, CODAN radio systems, GPS, medical intervention, vehicle maintenance and mission prep, attack on principal (motorcade/venue), arrivals/ departures, CQB and immediate action drills, MEDEVAC procedures, etc. 2003-2004 Executive Protection, Confidential

I was employed as an EPT agent for the owner of a Fortune 500 company/ diplomat in Las Vegas, NV. I conducted motorcade operations, venue/ travel advances, rope line security, business/ residence threat assessment and security operations. I liaised with law enforcement and industry security professionals and helped implement security TTP’s. I received continuous training in weapons, close protection, hand to hand, medical intervention, counter ambush driving from US/ Israeli security professionals.

1999-2003 US Dept. of Energy Security Police Officer III (SRT) I served as a assaulter on the SRT at Lawrence Livermore Natl. Lab. I was assigned to USDOE for four years at Lawrence Livermore, Nevada Test Site, and Sandia Natl. Lab. I served on several PSD/dignitary/ laboratory security missions escorting dignitaries and securing Top Secret projects. I received advanced training in anti/ counter terrorist operations, explosives, intermediate medical care, weapons, hand to hand, CQB/ HRT, plane/ train/ bus assaults, communications, armored vehicle tactical operations, and obtained a ”Q” top secret clearance. I was assigned with the 10th Mountain Div. (LI) at Ft. Drum, NY. I served as a fire team leader in my primary and secondary MOS’s (11B/ 11C), I qualified expert on M-4/M-16, M-92 9MM, 60mm/ 81mm/ and 4.2 inch mortar systems, as well as qualifying on the AT-4, MK-19, M2 heavy machine-gun, M-249, M-240B, various communications systems including satellite

(SCAMP) I led and mentored my soldiers to work as a cohesive team while honing and perfecting combat skills. I was the senior weapons/CQB/MOUT instructor for the Division Command element and specific MP details. I instructed soldiers in room clearing( center fed/ corner fed/ multi floors), target identification and engagement under adverse conditions, mechanical breaching, negotiating hallways, stairwells, doorways, combatives, and vehicle takedowns. I was assigned to SWAT (4 1 2 yrs), I was an assault team member and conducted multiple real world missions involving search warrants, barricaded subjects, and hostage rescue. I performed multiple PSD missions for federal/ state/ foreign dignitaries that visited our jurisdiction due to our proximity to a major US military base and many international corporations being headquartered in our jurisdiction. I also participated in close protection operations involving witnesses in high profile cases. I qualified in basic/ intermediate firearms (M-4, MP-5, Glock/ Sig 9mm, Benelli/ Remington shotguns, flashbangs, mechanical/ ballistic breaching, hostage rescue, vehicle assaults (cars/ trucks/ busses), high angle entry/ rappelling, basic/advanced CQB, dignitary protection, vehicle evasive and counter ambush tactics, and small unit tactics through Mid-South, SOS Temps, United States Tactical Advisors. 1987-1991 US Army 1st Inf Div (FWD), 509th ABN REGT. Federal Protective Service/ PSO Academy: I am a certified FPS-PSO. The academy covered all aspects of DHS critical infrastructure security, First Aid/AED/CPR, entry control procedures, x- ray machine/ handheld and walk through magnetometer operation, visitor searches and inspection, active shooter response, terrorism/ criminality recognition and reporting, firearms safety and employment, handcuffing, ASP baton, OC spray, conflict resolution and de- escalation, bomb threat reporting and evacuation, etc Tactical Medical Intervention: This course covered all TCCC requirements, as well as pre surgical trauma care for tension/hemo pneumothorax, IV therapy, needle decompression, CRIC airway intervention, spinal/hip/leg injury stabilization, shock identification/treatment, CPR/AED, gunshot and blast injury management, and scenario based patient care under fire. The course was taught by Special Forces Medics.

DoS WPPS-II, Triple Canopy: I certified in PSO/PSD operational skill sets. The course covered weapons familiarization/quals, advances, motorcade ops, attack on principal, advanced driving skills, TCCC, TOC ops, CAT ops, navigation, defensive tactics, surveillance/ counter surveillance, CQB, bail out/ cross load drills, walking formations, surveillance/ counter surveillance, rope lines, venue/ residential security, etc. I qualified on Glock, M-4, M-240B, M-249, AK-47, M-203/ M-79, GPS, Motorolla radios.

DoS BFFOC, O’Gara Group: I certified as a firearms instructor on all PSS/ PSO weapons platforms. The course required qualifying on Glock, M-4, Shotguns, M-249, 240B, AK-47, PKM, and M-203/ M-79. I delivered classroom and range instruction on all listed platforms. DoS T3, O’Gara Group: I certified as a classroom and adult learning theory instructor. The course included classroom presentations (powerpoint, practical application, and lecture formats), curriculum development, teaching methodology, and student evaluation/ remediation/ certification.

Active Shooter Response, ALERRT: I certified as a instructor for external/ internal response to active shooter events. Firearms qualified on included Glock/ Sig 9mm, M-4, M-249, AK-47, MP-5, PKM, 240B Embassy Security Force Course, Armor Group: I certified in Embassy Security Force operations including ECP operations, vehicle/ personnel searches, QRF, weapons qualification and employment, radio communications, TOC operations, medical intervention, defensive tactics, less lethal chemical and ballistic measures, reporting procedures, CQB, vehicle operations, body searches, IED/VBIED mitigation and response, unexploded ordinance identification (UXO), professional etiquette.

BSR Tactical Driver: I certified in advanced vehicle dynamics and motorcade tactics. This included ramming, transfer drills, bootleg/J-turns, shooting from vehicles, high speed driving/braking, emergency vehicle commandeering, vehicle selection, vehicle disabling, surveillance/ counter surveillance.
