Achievements:

Redesigned and launched the new HR Intranet page following a companywide move to SharePoint 365. Collaborated with the People Initiatives Manager and IT SME to learn the new platform and plan out the key steps for delivery. Successfully launched the new site and trained team members on how to administer the site in March 2017.

Recruitment and retention data highlighted retention issues for employees less than a year with CTM and the need for a more comprehensive onboarding and probation process was identified. Following a review of the current process and research into best practice I created a new process in consultation with the HR team which included onboarding guidelines, checklist and framework as supporting documents for managers and a new probation process and guidelines.

Designed an effective one-page process for Performance Management as a quick reference for managers
