Live monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving the network issues on clocking basis

Handling customers – responding to calls, emails and trouble tickets on immediate basis

Troubleshooting and resolving Link hard down, flapping, degraded issues, packet loss, latency and providing the Reason for Outage etc.

Troubleshooting L2 circuits (MPLS and VPLS) and layer 3 issues (BGP peering) on Juniper MX 960, Cisco, ALU 7750, Cyan Z22,33,77 chassis, Lite Cast and Accedian L1 devices, Ciena NID etc.
