Project : M/S Royal Enfield new manufacturing unit construction at Vallam Vadagal, Sriperumbudur,& Tech centre project – Omr, India.

Working as Project engineer with team handling the construction activities including finishing work

Preparation of CIJ for civil works and provide assistance in preparation of Purchase order. Assisting the vendor to submit the relevant documents as per the PO conditions to start up the construction activities. Preparation of master schedule using Primevera P6 make original time line.

Preparation of weekly program status report of all works and progress against original time plan for weekly reviews. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress work records and program schedule and submit the same to the management committee.

Provide assistance in the preparation of specifications and tender documents for Interior works

Assist the PMC team in Issuing the Construction drawings to the subordinates and contractors and maintenance of QA approvals, non-conformance reporting, inspection and commissioning protocols and final documentation.

Follow up with the finance team for contractors payment & Purchase team for purchase order amendments,Non tender item rate approvals.
