Project Background: Client reimburses auto no-fault insurance companies for each Personal Injury Protection (PIP) occurrence paid in excess of a set amount. Currently that amount is $460K (effective July 1, 2009). That means that the insurance company pays the entire claim, but is reimbursed by the client for PIP costs over $460K.

The client requirement was a web based application wherein the online tracking of claims could be done by the claim adjusters so that the client can avoid the losses due to paper work.
