RESPONSIBILITIES
VOIP Terminator - Human Resource Associate
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Develop and maintain job descriptions
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves)
Handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

•Dealing with clients to evaluate and determine employment needs; Advertises positions using various methods, including internet. Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates for vacant positions.
•Provides leadership in ensuring consistent and strong HR processes in recruitment, hiring & selection, background checks and reference checks.
•Identify and pre-qualify businesses that are in need of the services we can provide through basic marketing research.
•Develop target customer and prospective customer contact lists; Participate in business planning activities
