Mapping of the MoBank products to BOK products and documenting the GAP.

Responsibilities
Developed new IVR work flow using Interaction Composer as the IVR tool.
Fine tuning and upgraded the existing IVR work flows as per the requirements.

The objective of the application is to pay remuneration to the distributors monthly. The calculation rules are formulated in AION rules engine.

Took transition of the BIRD-CIDRE application from Sogeti Rennes, France.
Worked with the development team of Sogeti for the new development and enhancement of the application.

Client is one of the leading insurance firms of UK. The COSMIC – Creditor New Claims system is designed to deliver a single operational platform for all NUI Creditor Claims. Ex-CGU business is processed on ASU while all other business gets processed on LENCI OLD and LENCI AM New Claims. The LENCI AM New Claims system on OS/2 platform has been chosen as the target claims platform which has large number of screens with rigid process flow and limited automation in claims processing functionality with respect to auto-computation and payment of claims, generation of letters and automated diary system. The delivered COSMIC system enhances the current business process and system performance removing the OS2 legacy system and migrating all business areas from LENCI, AM and ASU.
