Providing clerical and administrative services as an Official of the Court; records transactions on an automated Court system, scan and save all court certified documents, collection calls, cashiering, interviewing defendants for deferred payment plans, providing information regarding court policies and procedures to defendants; attorneys, prosecutors, judges, and law enforcement personnel. Travel to off-site/satellite courts when required, unscheduled or as needed. When using the Municipal Courts database system; I also perform data entry duties to record information and court-related transactions; accepts all types of payments for citations. I also utilize my experience to maintain a high level of professionalism to be efficient in problem-solving when addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Accomplishments - I often challenged my peers to exceed past the 65% set goal of collecting revenue. I also insisted to the defendants who were unaware of the disposition (a probationary) option that puts them on probation for 90 days in order to have their conviction dismissed once they paid the courts a hefty set fee.

Processing lost luggage claims, filing financial reports after calculating revenue that was acquired for that day by each Ticket Agent. Assisted Agents with ticket sales whenever my assistance was needed along with answering the multi- telephone system Investigated and filed customer complaints with the bus line headquarters in regards to delayed shipments of personal packages that did not arrive on time due to inclement weather and traffic delays. Accomplishments - At the end of my shift each day, I would sit with the Supervisor and observe him while he was doing daily financial reports and bank deposits just so I could learn how to do them both. Within 3 weeks of observation I was in the office doing both daily financial reports and bank deposits.
