Qualified products by completing JEDEC-compliance test, interpreting and dispositioning results. Obtained next-generation ASIC from Cisco for first time in ten years, based on program management. Managed qualification and conversion of 95% of C035, C027, and C021 flip chip portfolio from leaded to lead-free bump. Drove production release of over ten ASICs. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS, Stafford, Texas, Product Engineer, 1998-2001. Led initiative to ramp new device to acceptable yield. Created and executed debug experiments for complicated phase-lock loop circuitry. Drove cost-reduction initiative on mature product by moving silicon verification to less expensive equipment.
