Qualified products by completing JEDEC-compliance test, interpreting and dispositioning results. Obtained next-generation ASIC from Cisco for first time in ten years, based on program management. Managed qualification and conversion of 95% of C035, C027, and C021 flip chip portfolio from leaded to lead-free bump. Drove production release of over ten ASICs.
