Provided TI interface to customer for multiple simultaneous million-dollar application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) device development projects from award to beyond production. Championed customer. Drove scope, schedule, and resource alignment among management/multiple execution teams within company as well as to customer via influence and escalation. Qualified products by completing JEDEC-compliance test, interpreting and dispositioning results. Obtained next-generation ASIC from Cisco for first time in ten years, based on program management. Managed qualification and conversion of 95% of C035, C027, and C021 flip chip portfolio from leaded to lead-free bump. Drove production release of over ten ASICs.
