Solution Program Manager (04/13 – 10/14)
Manage Videoscape system solutions using Agile methodologies to offer service providers solutions to address their business opportunities. This program included a large development team located in England, Israel, Shanghai, and India. This was both a hardware and software project that included both system and client (settop) software components using Cisco proprietary tool for tracking backlog and functionality as well as Rally software for user stories and daily scrum meetings.
Program Manager (07/10 – 04/13)
Served as customer facing program manager for 2 major service providers in the US. This was part of a larger customer facing team dedicated to providing engineering support for both the DTA deployments as well as deployment of next generation Electronic Program Guide (EPG) in the US. The EPG guide started development in a Waterfall methodology but later transitioned to Agile. The software was based on new middleware initiative by Cisco Video group.
Project Manager (07/08 – 07/10)
Deployed Digital Network Control System (DNCS) releases as well as rolled out the foundation for networks to deploy Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) technology. Responsibilities included maintaining 30% profit margin on each project, customer satisfaction scores, and managing deployment team in matrix environment.
Documentation Project Manager (06/06 – 07/08)
Performed project management of all documentation requirements associated with system releases, client software, application software and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) systems. Created master schedules using Microsoft Project software, maintained project priorities, scoped new projects, delivered drafts based on schedules and customer commitments.
