Over 27 years of experience in technical leadership, system design, development, and integration testing of real-time command and control and financial services projects. I worked for the test organization in the Finance Department of the division. Responsible for leading all test activities associated with company financial transitions. The first was the transition/merger of two business units (GEMS to MARS) and the second was a company divesture of the Systems Integration Business Unit (PeopleSoft). As the Test Lead I led the test efforts with company financial officers, senior managers, and technical finance engineers from all over the globe. I received an award for both of these highly successful transition projects.

Mission Application Lead (MAL) – Led various conversions and system test activities as ICUP Mission application lead for IDMO. This was a task to incorporate COTS, upgrades into the existing operational baseline.

•Lead test efforts to convert the system HMIs from AIX to the PCs. Specific responsibilities include liaison between Operations, COTS developers (HORIZON) and Development, leading technical design of subsystem HMIs, costing, scheduling, etc.
•Directing and managing all ICUP 2.0 pathfinding efforts related to the mission application software.
•Chairing weekly status meetings, providing IDMO management with progress reports, managing resources, and developing and maintaining metrics for each CI and business unit.
•Directly involved in the development of pathfinding schedules and cost data for the program office management. The project involved working with each CI within the Development organization to plan staffing resources for each of the four pathfinding efforts in 2003 and 2004 and to present and defend this cost data before program office management.

Trailblazer Proposal – Worked with a team of M&DS senior staff engineers and senior staff management to develop a Software Development Plan (SDP) for the Trailblazer proposal. The task included several trips to M&DS in Hanover, MD to understand the customer’s desires and work with other M&DS system architects and test leads in the development of SDP sections for the proposal.

3D Lead – This task involved leading a team of eight other subsystem engineers in the development of a product that took the scheduling activities of IDMO subsystem and accurately depict them using STK COTS product.

•Worked with other IDMO subsystem leads and managers in the designing and employing of an integrated product and managing the activities and personnel of the subsystem 3D team which included tracking costs, schedule, individual work schedules, and individual progress.

Liaison position between the engineering staff and the system test community ensuring proper test procedures, test conduct, and test results were satisfactory.
Senior Staff Engineer – July 1996 – Aug 1998 - System development (C, ORACLE) and integration testing of the load strategy, load coordination, and load generation for the vehicle.
Software Engineer – Jan 1991 – July 1996 – Developer (C, ADA) working on various projects including the development of operational communication and navigation software for the VIP helicopter used by the President of the United States and foreign and domestic dignitaries and the Mission Replay software for various U.S. and allied surveillance aircraft.

Senior pastor of a small struggling church in central PA. The work continued to struggle since the onset, but God was faithful to us and we saw many lives changed, the church became stable financially and spiritually with a greater effect upon our community in our time here.
