Sr. Software Engineer: Modified existing home grown multi-level marketing system and developed new systems for LegalShield Corporation, a legal insurance service. New systems included a fully configurable call scripting system to assist customer service personnel with incoming legal emergency calls, a system wide search engine that allows multiple levels of search criteria and a distribution system that allows custom distribution of commissions from membership applications to sales associates. 10/00 to 05/05 – CGI/AMS National Retail Practice, Edmond, OK Technical Consultant: Full SDLC implementations at client sites, including new systems, new modules interfaced to existing in-house system and off the shelf solutions and custom modifications to off the shelf solutions.

01/96 to 10/00 – Pepsi-Cola Concentrate Plant, Arlington, TX Systems Manager: Built IT team consisting of myself, one programmer analyst and two network analysts. Responsible for annual budget of $750K for this location. Coordinated with peer managers at other locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico on multi-site projects and implementations.

04/89 to 01/96 – First State Bank of Texas, Denton, TX Data Center Manager, Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst: Supervised seven full-time employees and one part-time employee in a 20 hour-a-day data center. Other responsibilities included data security and management, system tuning and performance, application troubleshooting, help desk, night support, implementation and testing of disaster recovery plan, IT steering committee member and hardware maintenance, planning and installation.
