I had the pleasure of working with Patti 6 years ago at Eaton Corporation (f/k/a Cooper Industries). As our EHS Manager, Patti was instrumental in successfully implementing safety requirements and training within our facility in Reno, and at other locations. As the HR representative at the facility, I was grateful and impressed with Patti's ability to always communicate with other senior staff. She was very responsive to the safety needs of the staff. She is an exceptional professional and always willing to go the extra mile and step in when needed, even if it does not fall under her job duties. She is a great listener as well and I'm honored to call her my friend.

Patti and I worked very closely together when she was at American Fire Protection Group. What amazed me the most was how organized she was while serving as Corporate Safety and Risk Director for a company with 17 locations. She was well respected by all those she led and worked with at APi Group. We implemented a new RMIS system and she was one of the first to embrace, learn how to navigate, and teach others how to use it. We have bi-annual safety and risk summits; Patti was always one of our biggest participants and was asked often to share the best practices she implemented and taught. Not only is she excellent in her business life, she is an all-around superior human being.
