productive non-union site.

Restored and strengthened employee relations by actively engaging leadership teams to

improve their say/do ratio, creating transparent communications and review processes.

Developed and delivered a labor strategy for a new plant start-up by building external

partnerships and implementing a dynamic hiring process, achieving 100% of the target.
